To keep our costs down, you will have to pay for postage when sending items back (please ensure you ask for a proof of postage from the post office when you do so).
If you are exchanging items, we will reship to you at no extra charge (please see our delivery terms for more details on the first delivery). You can do this as many times as you want * within 30 days, as long as the items returned to us are in the original packaging and has not been used or washed.
* We regret that that we are not able to accept returns or exchange briefs for hygiene reasons. When returning items please state your reason for returning them, as this will help us address any the problems quickly. |
