Viewing products
Simply select a category, i.e. Pre-Natal Bras, from either the Product Finder dropdown menu on the left hand side of the page or the Browse dropdown menu at the top of the page. Clicking on a product name or a product picture will open that specific product page.

Searching for products
If you're looking for a specific item or want something which contains a particular material or features you can use the search box at the top of every page. If your search produces no results, try using less operator words such as 'and', 'the', 'or' etc. Alternatively, you can use the 'Advanced Search' where you can select a price range and other criteria.

Adding items to your Shopping Basket
Once you've found an item you would like to purchase, you must select a colour and size along with how many you wish to purchase. Then simply click the Buy button. In the case of ordering bra’s you may read through our Sizing Guide to give you more information on how to measure yourself to ensure you purchase the correct fitting. Once you have clicked the Buy button you will be transferred to your shopping basket, where the sub-total and total costs of your order will be shown. You can then either continue shopping or go to the Checkout to complete your purchase.

Shopping Basket options
You will notice a selection of buttons in the shopping basket at the bottom. If you wish to edit the quantity of a certain product simply enter the new quantity and click the Update Basket button. This will update the quantity of the product along with the sub-total and total prices accordingly. If you wish to add more items to your basket before you checkout then click the Continue Shopping button. By clicking on the Save button you will save the contents of your shopping basket on your PC. You can then load the basket contents again at another time by clicking on the Retrieve button.

Purchasing your items
Once you have decided to buy the product(s) in your shopping basket, simply click the Checkout button to begin the buying process.

Step 1 - First you will need to select the country to which your order will be shipped. You must also check the box below if you wish to have your order delivered to an address different to the billing address. Failure to do this will result in your order being delivered to the exact same address as the invoice address.

Step 2 - Now you must enter the address details for the invoice address (card holder's address). You will need to read and agree to our Terms and Conditions before you complete the order, which requires you checking the box once you have done so. Finally you will need to select a class of service for your delivery. Read our Delivery page for more information.

Step 3 - Depending on whether you have opted to have your order sent to a different delivery address you would now enter that address. If you have not, you will now be transferred over to our Secure Socket Layer (SSL) server to input your credit card details securely using Protx.

Step 4 - If your card has passed all of the security checks, you will now receive a receipt confirming all of the details of your order. You can then print this page for your records. If you have any queries or problems you can contact us quoting the Order number given on this page.
