Our free delivery terms and conditions:
1. Orders may take up to 8 days to arrive.
2. Applies only to orders totalling £18 or more to a single address.
3. Any cancellation that brings the order to less than £18 will be disqualified from free delivery.
4. Standard delivery will be charged if a return (not exchange) brings the order to less than £18.
5. We reserve the right to discontinue free delivery at any time.

1. Is charged at the standard rate of £2 for all orders less than £18.
2. Orders may take up to 8 days to arrive.
3. If we are unable to meet your order by 14 days, we will email you to let you know.
4. If you decide to cancel then, you will not be charged.
5. Once despatched, delivery charge is not refundable.
6. If we make an error we will reship to you without extra charges.
Express delivery terms and conditions:
1. We will despatch your item within 2 working days via next Royal Mail's day delivery service, subject to availability of stock.
2. Is charged at the standard rate of £6 for all orders less than £18 or £4 for all orders over £18.
3. If you choose the wrong amount, we will not be able to despatch it via express mail and will email you to let you know.
4. If we are unable to meet your order within the 2 days, we will email you to let you know.
5. If you decide to cancel then, you will not be charged; if you are happy to wait for your items, then we will refund you the express delivery charges: £4 for orders over £18; or £6 for orders under £18.
6. Once despatched, delivery charge is not refundable.
7. If we make an error we will reship to you without extra charges and refund you the express delivery charges: £4 for orders over £18; or £6 for orders under £18. |
